1) Right to Replacement

We ask for a reasonable timeframe to address the issue, typically within 14 days. However, we will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We may offer a complimentary upgrade or an alternative model at our discretion.

3) Refund Policy
Refunds for change of mind are not offered. We kindly ask customers to make thoughtful purchasing decisions, as we are not obligated to provide refunds in such cases.
Refunds for faulty products, without first accepting a replacement, are not legally required. We have the right to replace the item with the same model within a reasonable timeframe, generally considered to be 14 to 28 days.
If we are unable to provide the same model within a fair period and the customer declines any alternative options, a refund will be issued.
Any other refunds will be determined at our discretion.
